Many, well-posted routes in El Chalten

In El Chalten, inside the Parque Nacional Los Galciers, there are several routes around the Fitz Roy range. Laguna de los Tres having arguably the best vistas of Patagonia, the Laguna Torre hike to Cerro Torre and the glacier Torre and the easier hikes to Laguna Capri or Luguna Toro.

The View Down onto Bariloche’s Great Lake

Bariloche itself is quite large with lots of restaurants and activities. Close by there are hiking routes to Cerro Tronador or around Bahia Lopez, and into Nahuel Huapi National Park.

Starting out in Ushuaia

In Tierra del Fuego, the best hiking is found in its National Park a few kilometres from Ushuaia especially in Lapataia Bay by the Beagle Channel.
